I found a site offering Fingerling Finger Monkeys online. The price seemed reasonable at $19.99 so I ordered a total of five for my grandchildren on 11/26/17. Their shipping policy was 2-3 days after order & that if there was high demand it would take an extra day & they would be shipped priority mail. The money was taken out of my account on 11/27/17. On 12/5/17, I emailed the company asking where my order was. I received no response. I emailed again on 12/7/17 stating if I didn't get them by Christmas, I did not want them & if I didn't hear back from them, I would file a report with the BBB. I received a response to my first email stating that they checked with the shipping department & I would be receiving a shipping confirmation soon. I replied on 12/8/17 stating that that answer was not acceptable, that it gave me no info & that if I didn't hear back I was filing a report with the BBB. I waited until 12/12/17, with no response to my email, I filed a report with the BBB. There is no phone number or address on their website to contact them. The only way to contact them is by email. I contacted my bank & all they could tell me about the company was that it was in Texas. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
