I spent over two hours on this website after being approved for a credit line as they had an offer for new accounts where you could get $50 off of $200. When I went to check out, I was not eligible for the offer. I opened a chat with CSR as the details of why I was not eligible stated that it was only for accounts already being used. What?! The coupon code was even NEW50... for new customers! Anyway, I checked to see why I wasn't eligible and the rep posts a long list of stipulations as to how you cannot receive the offer. Surprisingly enough, I still met qualifications to receive the offer, and I told him this. The rep comes back and says that I need to be on their email list to receive the offer... Are you kidding me. No. Way. I just wasted 2 hours of my life. I know that they pray on people who have limited means and give credit to anyone, but this is wrong. I might be poor, but my presupposed fiscal irresponsibility is not indicative of my intelligence. This place is ridiculous. The only reason I won't tell everyone I know about this is because it is embarrassing that I even considered using them despite their already miserable reputation. Good job 'Merica. Shut this place down. How are they even allowed to operate? I'm completely serious. I really would like an explanation...

By the way, I cannot attach the conversation because they deleted it! What!? Didn't even think that was possible!
