My daughter asked me to order necklaces from Finessewaer for her birthday. I ordered them on August 3rd. We hadn't received them come September 19th so I messaged them. They said that they were having trouble shipping it out due to back orders. So we waited some more. I received an email that the order was on its way. When we received the package it was empty. They will not return my messages and will not refund my money.
