Fake site for ice maker

I ordered this almost a year ago and never got it. But my money got taken thats for sure. Really wish this didnt happen it is so disappointing.

Instagram ad showed metal ice machine for $29.97, purchased one and several weeks later received a crumbled mini plastic ice tray from China. I immediately took pictures, sent email requesting refund to the only contact given [email protected] . The money had been removed from my credit account immediately. I contacted PayPal explained the issue, provided pictures. Money temporarily refunded until seller is contacted. Seller continues to send ridiculous emails about paying shipping to return to China, not worth a refund they have offered of $4, 6, 7 being the final offer for something I have never received.
