On April 30th I purchased two poly nail kits. A week went by and they still haven’t shipped my product. I asked them to cancel my order. But they never responded and now it shows shipped but I still don’t have products how dare them do that in a time like this.

I placed an order for polygel on 4/5/20. On 4/13/20 I received an email saying my item was shipped and I can track it. However the tracking number kept showing up as not found. A sent an email on 5/5/20 and received no response. Then again on 5/7/20 and still no response. I went on the website to search for information be the only information there is the same email address I've been emailing. No phone number no address nothing. I did a search on Google and found several complaints that sounded exactly like my experience no one to date has received their product. This is absolutely a scam and they should not be allowed to continue to swindle people out of their hard earned money. Especially not at a time like this when people are losing their jobs.
