I have not received my order that was supposed to have been shipping in Oct. 2022.
Emailed several times all they say is it has been shipped. Should have known better

I ordered fencing from Finecarte on 9/21/22. Still have not received it. Order number is 220920042024581. I was charged $68.99 for the fencing and 6.99 shipping. I paid with my Visa debit card. Transaction number 226370247810. I have attempted to contact this company with no success. I would now prefer a refund.

Seller was supposedly selling a fence, 48”x51” panels, 28 panels in total. I received a cell phone charger, guessing about $2.00. I paid seller $75.98. Filed a dispute with credit card company, was refunded my money by credit card company. They are waiting for response from seller.
