I joined Fine Art America with an artist account like many others and had made quite a few sales from November 2022 - December 2022. However, just before I was to be paid the profit from these sales, Fine Art America closed my account and did not responded to any emails or phone calls. I reached out to their customer support team numerous times and never received anything back. They did NOT give a warning that the account would be closed, either. Upon further research, I have learned that Fine Art America/Pixels.com have conducted this same bad business activity to many artists. Furthermore, some artists have paid Fine Art America a yearly $30 fee, only to be locked out of their account and have the subscription continue charging their card post account closure. BEWARE! This company makes their profits scamming artists.
