Shopping for print art and was lured to Fine Art America’s website by a discounted sales price. Specifically the particular item I wanted to purchases was advertised as being on sale from the list price of $184.88 each (purchasing 3 of these items) to a sale price of $148.00 each ($108.00 savings). Within 1 hour of going to the website I selected 3 prints and proceeded to check out. I entered checkout with the total cost indicating it was the sales price, but when I got to the screen to enter my payment information the price returned to the full price. I contacted their customer service and they indicated it was a limit time offer. Limited time meaning it expired at 8:43pm? I indicated that this purchase process all took place within 1 hour and there was nothing to indicate it was a limited time offer. The representative agreed that the site doesn’t make customers aware but that some of the offers are only available for hours or other unusual (and unspecified or disclosed) periods. This appears to be bait and switch and predatory sales strategies with the goal to lure buyers in with sale prices that they can remove without notice or condition when the buyer attempts to check out. The owner, Sean Broihier is a self proclaimed programming wiz and so who knows what’s going on here - it would be interesting to see how many sales offers were removed while in the check out cart. Is this a systemic issue with FAA?

I ordered 3 shirts from this company. They said they would be delivered in 2 days. Took my payment. A week later no shirts. Contacted customer service thru e mail because THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE. 4. Days later I received a email saying they were delivered. THEY WERE NOT! Asked for a refund I am sure I will not receive!! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAMERS!!!!

Between Fine Art America and PayPal Supposed Deposits I Am Missing More Than 250,000.00 . I Was Told By A Chinese Intelligent Officer That This Company IS Chicago Mob Outfit That They Steal Peoples ART Images AnD Sale OverSeas . I Uploaded My ART Images Four Years Ago To Recieve A Percent of The Proceeds From Products Sold With My ART Images on The Merchandise. Every Time Through The Years I Tried To Speak To Fine Art America I Got A Bogus Story . Fine Art America IS A SCAM I Also Found Out That They Started Same SCAM With A New Company Name Called PX and Are Also Advertising on YouTube .
