I purchased an item and never received the item. The tracking was unable to be achieved due to “computer issue” on their end when I reached out regarding my order. They will not refund me, and keep telling me they’ll reship instead but which initially I agreed to and still never received the product purchased. They continue to refuse to refund my money.
