I was contacted through LinkedIn by a Dawson Banks asking if I wanted to buy a franchise. I am always interested in business ownership and investments so I said yes. Gave him my contact information and set up an appointment for 5-21-21 at 9 AM to talk further. They were late by 15 minutes, so when they called me I had to call them back. They had a very unprofessional phone greeting that served no purpose, and the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and sounded like she was in a car. She said she was going to transfer the call, but forgot to put me on mute and started shooting for Nicole to come talk to me. The initial emails they sent me were full of links and asking for personal information. I didn't click on anything because I wanted to get more information and make sure it wasn't a scam. Well after that phone interaction I decided to go look at the person who contacted me on LinkedIn. The message was deleted and the profile was deleted seconds after I hung up the phone.
