Responded to a Facebook ad for a free cat tree. Just pay for the shipping. I accidentally ordered two, but that’s beside the point. They originally were advertising on Facebook, but then placing the order would not work so I went to their website and place the order. . https://finandfur.co/ I have made several attempts to contact them by email. I tried calling the phone number that they have listed on their website and it goes to a medical supply company. After doing a who is search for their domain on their website they give a number that is based in Reykjavík Iceland. I search the web for the phone number and it came back as being a scam. Apparently they do this all the time and this was just the latest reiteration.

An ad popped up on my Instagram for a cat tree that was free for the first 100 orders and all you needed to pay was the shipping, so I ordered a cat tree, now over a month later I have not received the product, I have tried emailing their “customer service” to no avail, they never reply back, tried calling the 1 (800) number on their website never get an answer, only an automated “this customer is unavailable “ recording. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company.
