Got a text message with the attached information, and within 10 seconds, recieved a call promising a refund for my failed "Microsoft" Tech Support. I fed them bad confirmation information, which they confirmed as matching in their system (total BS). They then wanted to take remote control of my computer. I'm an IT service provider, this was an obvious scam.

I saw their student Lon forgiveness on FB ad. Called it. Asked how it works, said 2 payments up front. I asked to email me information about their business, they muttered and hung up. Now they're emailing me and I never gave them my email. I can't attach the email since I'm using my cell.
