They send you a link from SignInBroker.com to give them access to setting up this account for you on the Department of Education's original website
Then they send you another confirmation email from [email protected] to send you a file that is an agreement to pay for their services and have you sign and initial this contract electronically.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
I contacted the Department of Education to let them know that my student loans were being consolidated and that I was approved for "loan forgiveness" and they told me that this company was a scam and what they were doing was illegal because you can file for loan consolidation on your own (for free) at studentloans.gov (which is the OFFICIAL website for the Dept. of Education). This company is a third party company and the Dept. of Education does not accept loan consolidation or loan forgiveness from ANY third party companies.
