I approach this company to do a HARP Modification to my Mortgage company which is Loan Care. The did part of the work and charge me ***. They promise me that I was not going to be reported to the credit Bureau. (obviously since I was paying this Financial company and they were doing the process I did not pay my mortgage for 3 months. Now it was reported to the credit bureau by Loan Care that I did not pay my mortgage. All of the sudden their representative name Jennifer Johnson stop answering her phone nor I was getting updates. I have all the calls and messages on my phone and also e mails from this company. I became suspicious and call Loan Care. This company advised that I did not have to pay to have this application done and they (Loan Care) would have helped me with the procedures. The so call attorney from the investment company had no clue as to what a homestead exemption in the state of Texas, neither knew why I had to pay 3 different taxes. Lastly, why are these people allow to reap elderly folks like they try me. But I need help resolving the problem and getting my money back.
