 Caller put in his information online for a free grant to go back to school. On the first day, he heard nothing back. Then, the next day, he heard from someone. The thing that seemed strange to the consumer was that when he got transferred from the current person he was speaking with, to the other person he was supposed to speak with, it was the same background noises, making the people sound like they were in the same room. Consumer gave them his name, and zip code, and email address. Consumer attempted to call the number back and it makes a buzzing noise. So he is unable to call them, but they can call him.
