I received several phone calls that I did not answer. They were one right after another. One was from Washington, one from New York and from all over. A few days ago, I received more calls, and then received a text message from Mark Jones that stated he was a senior lead investigator at the Financial Crime Enforcement Network and saying he was sending me a copy of an arrest warrant for an unpaid payday loan. They said that the warrant of the arrest is applicable if I don't pay the loan and call him back. I called him back and it sounded like a cell phone. He explained that his name was Mark Jones and that he had a case number for me and that I owed them $1,500.00. If I wanted to resolve this matter, that he would call me to let me know the details of how to pay it (apparently, I couldn't choose how to pay it). I started researching this after I talked to him and looked up similar calls from the same area code (769) and saw that this was happening to numerous other people.

I have been receiving emails from someone stating that I have not paid back a loan that was deposited to my account. I started receiving these emails back in March and just ignored them. I received another one today and they are threatening to issue a warranty. I have included all of the information I have on the complaint.
