I received an email receipt saying an order of 12 boxes of their disinfectant toilet cleaner was on its' way to me and I had been charged for $451.35. I immediately called to stop the order. This began a long process that included opening various screens to allow the rep. access to supposedly cancel the order. As soon as I realized what he was doing, I exited the program, told him he was dishonest, and that I would be contacting the BBB. He became angry and said so. I could hear reps in the background going through the same questions, so I hung up.

Scam. Never received the toilet bowl cleaner & when I asked for a refund, they said it was past 90 days so I’m out $62.58

This company offered "quick foaming toilet cleaner" for $19.95 plus $4.95 shipping for 'a year's supply of toilet bowl cleaner.' You put in 2 scoops of this powder, it is advertised to foam all the way to the rim of the toilet. You are supposed to leave it for 30 minutes and then flush--and the interior of the toilet bowl is clean. When received, the product was made in China, no company name on the box-and possibly enough product for four (4) or less cleanings. You are supposed to pout in two scoops and leave it for 30 minutes. It only foamed a little, did not rise, and the box says after that you are to scrub the toilet as usual./ So why use this stuff?

I called the customer service number- was told that I had to pay the return shipping to Idaho to get a refund. I said the product did not do what it was advertised to do, and that it basically didn't work. The agent (foreign) told me to add more to the bowl. She said if I used all of the cleaner at one time, it would go to the rim as advertised. I asked to talk to a supervisor, was told there wasn't one. I asked to speak to 'some one else, and was told that that wasn't possible. Then he customer service person hung up on me.//
