I placed an order with this people for a pair of Boots ?. And a couple hours later I realized that is was a scam, no body answer the Email. Or the phone number.. there’s no customer service. Is just a scam.

I suggest you connect them again. I also placed a pair of boots, and the next day i sent the email to ask the questions. They replied me in details. I don't think they are scam. :)

this so called company promotes trampolines and other toy products at a a discounted price. When I noticed my item was never shipped, i asked for a status and was told product was on back order! When i asked for a refund, I was told to keep my order, it eventually would get shipped and that they would gladly refund $10 to my account and a discount on my order. When trying to contact a live person the number was wrong, and the email provided is from a person responding some where in ASIA. Its been a month and I still haven't gotten my product or a refund and paypal is completely useless in this case.
