I went to their website from an ad that I had seen on. Facebook had looked through the website alot. Made purchases And it was before Christmas time for sure. And I never received any of my items. It said it was delivered. It was not delivered and I contacted their customer service over and over and over and over again asking where's my stuff? They said it was coming and everything so eventually I said okay, Well my stuff isn't coming can I get a refund? And they said that they would do it in 15 to 25 business days. I've waited way past the extended time. And they keep giving me the same crap about how they're going to give me my refund. It's not happening. It's a scam and I want my money back and then they have yet to do so, so I just really want my money back honestly.

Ordered products in October for Christmas which was never received. Fightment sent fake tracker saying it was but the courier is unreachable. Was replied with they resent same order and was delivered within a week. I have security camera at my house and no parcel was ever delivered. Refuses to refund
