I received an automated call on my cell from the number above. The call stated that my debit card was frozen and that I needed to press 1 to be connected to their security deposit so the card could be reactivated. I immediately hung up and called 5/3 security using the number on my debit card. They stated they would not contact through and automated call, there was no freeze and at that point no suspicious activity. My husband is a police officer and a call back was made from a secure police phone and discovered the entire call asks for you to select various options, each of which ask for personal information such as card number, SS#, etc.

I received a text message on smart phone that appeared to be from 5/3 Bank. I don't bank with 5/3. The text message said, "Your debit card account has been locked. To un-lock the account, call 646-859-6280." The phone number that appeared on the caller ID was 844-411-7539. I did not call them back and I feel it is a scam, possibly seeking social security number or other personal information.
