I think I received an AD from Facebook or Instagram about ordering bulk merchandise from www.fielddiscount.com. I ordered two - a 2023 Super Value-Large Electronics Packaging Box: Basic Size Box and a 2023 Super Value-Large Electronics Packaging Box: Super Giant Mystery Box. A few days later, I received the tracking number AG683040908CN with 4px. I reviewed the tracking information, and it was coming from Hong Kong. But then I noticed the package was in San Fransico, to Atlanta, Georgia, Lawrenceville, GA (My city), then seemed to be shipped to Sacramento back to San Fransico. I emailed [email protected] about the package traveling and asked them to confirm my address. They responded and advised me to check with USPS. I kept checking, and the package kept looping. I asked them about the size of the packages, and they have yet to respond. After 20+ days of ordering and waiting, i sent them another screenshot of the package traveling, and I asked them to verify the tracking number because USPS didn't have any information on that package. Last night they sent me another email "9200190280768874286809, abnormal delivery, it is recommended that you contact the local extraction, local phone 1-800-ask-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or +1 800) 222 1811" This morning i called the USPS, they said the package is being returned to sender from my local branch. I went to my local branch, and they said the package was there, but it's back in California, and it doesn't have my name or street address, only my City- Lawrenceville, and State- Georgia, with a California zip code - 95837. They also stated the package is looping the US and will eventually go to missing packages. I was also advised to reach out to the sender to have them update the address because it's incorrect. I called the USPS once i got home from my local USPS and advised them what was told to me at the branch level. The customer service rep then told me to fill out Finding Missing Mail, which I did. When I asked him how big the package was, he said... " 6oz." I said what? He said yes, it's a small package. Not only did this company take my money, didn't send me what i ordered, but they cheated and lied about the size. False advertising. I reached back out to .fielddiscount.com and advised them that i would be filing a complaint with my bank and that I would be filing a BBB.

They were advertising electric, trike bikes claiming to be overstock and they were the very low price of 49.99 and one was 59.99and then I got a dirt bike that was 74.99 and when I received a package yesterday it was two pair glasses in one box and another pair glasses in the other box
