They have some one call me first to tell me I'm getting served to appear in court but I can call this number to settle, they give me this number 1844-587-5625 and a Case # 15-426847. I call the number and they answer as Legal service, I spoke with an Evelyn and she states I Owe money from a Capital One card around 250 from 2005. I never had such car and its never showed up on my credit history so I tell her that and she's able to give me my SS# and states I opened this card and if I don't pay that amount now I will be served in 5 days and the amount will be grater 5,000. so I asked her for her company info address, email, license number name of the company and for some reason she can't give me nothing but the name, Fidelity pre litigations and an address I cant find 8484 Hilshire Beverly blv California no zip. Please help this call freaked me out.
