BBB received a call from a mother whose daughter accepted a job from an investment company to sell investments online.  They sent her a check for $3000 to purchase supplies.  The daughter wanted to deposit the money into her mother's account. Her mother, calling us, believes something is not right about the whole thing. The company's name is similar to an A+ company in our database so I advised her to check with the company to see if they offer jobs in this manner or were aware of this one offered online. Information was given to her also about Fake Check schemes.
