I was quoted *** on an area rug cleaning. They offered to pick up the rug and I set an appointment for Monday. They showed up to take my rug and charge me $***. I said no and ask him to leave and leave my rug. He started yelling at me and I tried to get him to leave my apartment and escort him down stairs. I bent down to pick up something and he stepped on my hand and told me he had my address and he’d be back! I yelled that he was crazy and unprofessional. He almost refuse to drive off and I let him out of the garage.
