I saw an ad for shoes on facebook or Instagram. I followed the ad to the companies website which had different name brand shoes they were selling. The about us section explained how they purchase the items straight from the manufacturer and sell them. I ordered a pair of blowfish brand shoes which is exactly what is described on my invoice. When they finally came in the mail I had received knock off shoes, not name brand and they were the incorrect size. The shoes were shipped from California but in order to get a refund OR the correct size they require you to ship them to China before they’ll refund you or send you the correct size. They won’t give a phone number to talk to someone. They don’t care that shipping internationally is 30 or more dollars which is more than I paid for the shoes. Not once did they explain why they advertise brand names and send you cheap look a-likes.
