We purchased crab legs from an advertisement stating that we could could buy 7lbs of crab legs and have the air shipped to us with 2 day air. We purchased on March 2, 2023. We never received them and have asked multiple time for a refund. Every email that we have sent has been answered with please be patient the packing is in transit. The usps tracking number that they sent us tells us this shipping label was made in Des Plaines Illinois on March 2nd and it has never left Des Plaines Illinois. The last email we received from them this morning stated that our package was delayed in customs. All we want is our money back. Oh yes they did offer. 10% refund in one email. No they have played us out and along for about a month we don't want their product and we just want a full refund
