Never received tickets - customer service silent

Purchased tickets thru Fevo for a MLB game, for one of my fave team's Little League Days. Got confirmation email, bank account was charged, but never received my tickets. Tried customer service - was first forced the "chat" with a service bot that kept directing me to their FAQ's. Then I emailed them. Was told there was a "glitch" and could offer me a refund. A month later and NOTHING. Absolutely worst place to buy tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from this place. Horrendous. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and on further looking, Fevo has an F rating with BBB. Telling everyone I know. Don't do it. They are frauds.

Got an email about a Memorial Day ticket promotion to buy Kansas City Chiefs tickets. Was directed to the fevo.com site which wanted me to tell all my friends. After buying te tickets it directed me to what it said was Ticketmaster. However the site was actually am.ticketmaster.com
