Fever Up / Fever Labs Inc. Reports & Reviews (3)

In March 2021, I saw advertisements for a Van Gogh attraction in Boston. When clicking on the link, I was brought to a website for Fever to purchase tickets. The location had not been secured yet but I was able to pick a date in December and purchased 4 VIP tickets totaling nearly $300. Immediately to my surprise, after purchasing the tickets, I received no email confirmation regarding proof of purchase. I assumed this was a glitch or perhaps the company will send me a summary of purchase at a later date. Months went by and I never heard from Fever. Confused I emailed the Van Gogh attraction that I thought I had purchased tickets for on October 2021. They responded immediately that they had no record of me or my purchase. Like thousands of others, I was confused by the dueling events and duped by Fever. It has now been 1 year and I have received zero communication from Fever regarding my tickets or the Van Gogh event in Boston. Unknowing to me, the event came and went. I recently confronted Fever about this experience, and requested a refund which they promptly denied. They stated their ticket policy is “no refunds.” They claim I had access to my tickets the entire time and could not provide any proof of purchase or email communication sent to me regarding the event. I have contacted BBB and the Attorney General of Massachusetts. I will continue to be very vocal through all forms of social media warning people of Fever.
Scam! Buyer Beware!

My friends and I purchased 4 tickets to Van Gogh the immersive experience for $46 each tickets for June 12 Received an email June 11 informing delay of opening at the Olympia theater in miami - while Van Gogh is open /happening in a different location (tickets sold by Ticketmaster that friends attended) .

Called Olympia Theater in Miami and the theater is closed for Covid!

Tried to change dates as their email instructed and could not!
No response from Fever.

It is a SCAM! Buyer Beware!
This company should be sued and closed down!

I saw ads online for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, this is different than the Immersive Experience: Van Gogh that was being featured throughout Europe. The website boasted that you can immerse yourself with a 360-degree digital show, and a VR experience (for extra) is available. From what I have seen and heard, the whole website is false advertising. However there is no information on where the event is, even though it was t be announced when tickets went on sale. There is no information on refunding your tickets, no phone number to call, and the email address for customer service has not yielded any response back. This has happened to multiple people according to forums and sites online and a close friend of mine also had issues with this event.
