Bought shih TZU puppy from breeder advertised on line.paid $800 for pup,1850 for climate control carrier, and 1850 for pet insurance.50$ vet exam.was to get 98% of carrier back in cash as well as all of pet insurance returned in cash...none of which I got and no puppy.i was told flight was scheduled on 5/14, but was cancelled due to weather.. last contact was on 16th ,nothing since..left COUPLE messages, not returned..nothing received, a contract was sent via pdr and signed,was emailed back to breeder
