I ordered artificial flowers from this company, Fernvalee. They advertise on a game I play. The flowers that came looked nothing like the picture, not worth at all what I paid and very poor quality. It is difficult to contact this company for a refund.

I purchase 8 bunches of flowers. I received 1 bunch. I did not receive any paper work regarding my order. Their website stated that my order was complete.
