We booked a package deal for a vacation to big island Hawaii. We used the website cheapoair in order to book the package deal, and included was a room at the fern forest getaway for two nights. When we got to the property there was nobody there to greet us, there was no note telling us we were in the right place, and it took us two hours with an Uber cab that cost us $200.00 extra just to find this place. when we did there were people in the property below cutting up cars with a saw cutter like a chop shop. we were too scared to stay there, there was no cell phone service to call anybody, so after all that we had to book another room for the night down at the hilo hawaiian hotel and that cost us an additional $200.00. We never received a refund for our booking and there was nothing done about this scam.
