I did an online search for a TV I wanted to purchase. I looked at many sites and found the best price at Ferlo.shop. I ordered my TV and paid online with a debit card. After a week I didn't hear from them. I emailed them and they sent me a FedEx tracking number that said the destination was Los Angeles. FedEx notified me that the package had been delivered but I did not receive it. The photo FedEx had of the delivery was not of my address and was not the right product, so I called FedEx. FedEx confirmed that the package was not sent to my address. The product in the photo is a mattress, but I ordered a TV. The weight was also incorrect. I contacted the seller via email and received no response. I tried calling their phone number but it doesn't work. I messaged them through their online chat function but they ignored me. I'm filing a fraud claim with my bank.

The fraud charge by my bank was answered by company: SP WISYSTA

Fraud charge claimed the site was reksy.shop (not true, but they are the ones who sent me the tracking information)

I believe their address is fake and that they are located outside of the United States because of the way they write things (for example, putting a plus sign before the area code, which US Citizens do not do).
