I ordered cherry ocean contact lenses for $24.84 where the money was immediately deposited from my PayPal and I even paid for faster shipping. Guess who never received her contacts?

I contacted them and they said there's no proof of my purchase... although my PayPal shows otherwise.

Lesson learned. Never buy from an untrusted source.

Ordered three products...received two of which was the more expensive. However, the one product I really wanted, the metal bird, eagle, garden ornament, has yet to arrive. NOW I know why! Damn me for being a freaking fool!
Do not, I repeat...do not support this scam piece of [censored]! I...am...pissed.
19.95 isn't a lot but damn...the principal of this scam freaking [censored] pisses me off to no end. REPORT HIM/HER each and every time.
If there's a way to get my money back? In an easy manner? I'd do it. I do have proof of purchase via my PayPal account. But [censored]. Not worth the hassle...but...I sure wish this [censored] could be prosecuted for all the obvious scams reported here he's pulled off.

I ordered colored contacts from these scammers ! And good thing I used PayPal so I can at least try and get something done , they never sent me updates on my order and now their website is down ! STAY AWAY FROM FENZHE COLORED CONTACTS !SCAMMERS ! THEY GOT MY $64 but if they do this to enough people, I guess thats how they keep.scamming ! I'll never order online after this !

I bought almost 200.00 with of colors of contact lens. After three hours my eyes were burning so bad. I’ve emailed them back and forth 15 times to see how to return them. They won’t give me the return address , they wanted to send me another color like the different color would work. These are prescription lens but they didn’t call the doctor that’s why they hurt. I could go blind if I wore them. I just want my money back and want to return them. They are crazy they have made me crazy trying to deal

I ordered Prescription Colored Contacts from FENZHE.Ltd and payment of $45.75 was made via paypal to [email protected] since November 15, 2020. Until today no items or response from seller.
Paypal needs to scrutinized their merchand as they do on Ebay or holding the money until it show delivery of items.
Its a loophole that paypal needs to close. Too many scammers using paypal to screw us up. I am reporting it to my credit card to force paypal to give my money back.

I ordered a sweatshirt from add that was found on facebook. Between the item I ordered plus shipping and handling was almost $37 bucks. I paid using a credit card through PayPal. I got my Paypal receipt but no confirmation through company. I am glad it wasn’t for something more expensive. I am marking it off as a learning experience. If it is not through a reliable source, I’m passing it by. The way Facebook censors other stuff you would think they would rid their site of this unreliable trash.

On May 16, 2020 I placed an order for romantic solar crackle sun garden lights (X2), and 1 Solar Flower Crackle Light (X2). Have yet to rec'd the items, I paid $140.01 via PayPal. Someone told me to contact "Coolight Box", no response. This is so wrong, when a person purchases something in good faith and allegedly it is coming from China, what a scam, THIS MUST STOP...…..Anyone have any ideas how to get a refund...….?

I bought 3 shirts spent $52.97 through PayPal. I got a receipt from PayPal but never from the company and haven’t received my merchandise yet and it’s been over a month! Found this on Facebook, yet another Facebook scam advertisement. ?

I purchased a shirt for my friends…
I purchased a shirt for my friends birthday on April 29th 2020 and still have not received it. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service several times and they said the only way they would refund the shirt is if the item was lost. I keep checking the tracking status and it shows it has been sitting at the airport in Los Angeles since May 16th. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE and I will be calling my bank to report them for fraud. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I hope this review helps someone thinking of buying from this comppany. DON'T do it! As of today, June 8th, it has been 40 days and still no shirt.

Ordered a quilt paid $73.00 May 7, 2020 haven’t received and no one will respond to my emails. I paid through PayPal too so hopefully I can get a refund because this company is horrible.
