This LLC is pretending to be the brand Segway electric scooters. They made a fake website identical to the original and even sends comfirmation like the website but when you look at the final url its changed to a website that you can no longer access. The payment also goes to a random paypal in china and the tracking they send 3 months ago leads to a fake shipping company that leads to comments stating no one ever receives their package. The package was suppose to arrive 3 to 5 business days from june 23rd and it is now September 27th. They have stopped replying and also sent my bank a fake tracking so since they reserved the charge months ago they told me to report it to you guys and seek further help.
