Femme London is the name of the company and I saw their ad through Instagram. They are running a fraudulent website claiming to be clothes of their own "designed in London." The address they use on their website is fake and leads nowhere. It is "614 alexander road London ec07 3OG." I contacted my bank after I realized they weren't a real company. They had a phone number registered to the company that my bank provided me with, which I called, and it is a fake number. The number they have registered is "213-555-0198". That is a Los Angeles area code. Their website says their customer experience team is available 9am - 5pm PST, which is NOT London's time zone. I have used google lens to search a few of their items and they used photos directly from well known designers and claim that the piece of clothing is their own. I have evidence of photos they stole directly from designers Orseund Iris and God Save Queens. After Femme London was notified that I disputed the charge with my bank, they sent me an email threatening to take action against me if they discovered my report was made with "fraudulent intent", which is an entirely empty threat considering they are a fraudulent company. I did not respond to them as I did not want to be in further contact with them. I have since cancelled that credit card. Now they have on their web page "as seen in vogue, forbes, daily mail" all of which I am positive did not give them permission to put on their site nor were they ever featured in any of those as they are not a real company. They even use shopify's services and have a "secure" domain so I assumed that they were an OK company. I couldn't find anything about them being a fake website, or any information on them at all by googling them. I got a notification today that they had "shipped" the item I purchased. I understand my only option is to reject the package once it gets here. I have tried reporting them to Instagram but I don't think the app ever has anyone look into these claims - probably just automated through a computer. I reported them to Shopify as well but apparently only the designers can submit intellectual property claims. I also alerted the designers. The pieces they are selling on the website are 100% not their own. I have attached a photo from Femme London stolen from Orseund Iris. The top and the photo belong to Orseund Iris and the top sells for $330. Femme London is claiming the photo and top as their own. If you search "le club top mauve - orseund iris" in google, you will find the exact top and the exact photo from the REAL designer, Orseund Iris. They need to be taken down. Their domain is femmelondon.com .
