I was approached on Facebook by someone portraying to be apart of FEMA. They were taking donations for a Pandemic Assistance Program. I gave $500 via cashapp. This person refused to talk by phone, facetime or anything other than messanger even after i requested several times. Eventually i asked for a refund because i had a feeling at this point that it was a scam. Because wasn't ask to sign anything nor did i receive any paperwork. The hacked my Facebook page and began texting me from an unknown number.
