The person claimed to be part of FEMA. Claimed to be giving out $3500 but there were two fees one for $200 and another for $150. I paid both and two tasks had to be completed before the money was paid to me. I completed one nothing was given I was told I had to complete another. I didn't do it and the person said I would not be paid!!! Bitcoin was used also.
