They tell you that your order is in transit and you are waiting for an order that is stuck in a USPS Office in your city that is 20 minutes away from you. Then you realize why the product is showing clearing customs etc but their office is in Florida and it has been 25 days since you ordered it. I called the customer support number they said they will refund you but they did not. Also, they yell at you on the phone when you mention that they are a fraud.
