Trick me saying I won a iPad from Apple and switched after I entered my card number then when I noticed the money 49.97 missing from my account I immediately called felnesdreams (844)7555818 A man or representative told me the I paid a entrance fee to win an iPad I immediately demanded that they return my money back to my account and he flatly refused and told me that I would not be getting my money back very harshly I then hung up being so angry ! I waited a few minutes and called back this time I received a woman representative I told her the same as the man and she also told me the same as the man that I wasn’t getting my money back! I then called back the bank that took my dispute and bank teller Diego said he took the report and I would either get my money back or a written statement as to why I wouldn’t receive my money back this happened 6/26/2023 and today is the 7/20/2023 and have received or heard anything back from the bank of Sierra’s! This company is false preying on people pretending they are Apple companies stealing peoples money! Please tell me what can I do ?

I noticed a charge for $149.99 on my bank statement that I didn't make nor did I recognize the name of this company that was on my statement. My bank did provide a number for the company and labeled it a pet store. Otherwise I wouldn't have known of this company, I've never heard of this company. I searched bing with no results. I googled this company and serval suggestions popped up known of which had the name Felnesdream. But in bold print above the suggested sites said" SEE FELNESDREAM... When I tapped on those words I was directed to a page with pet items to purchase but I didn't see the name Felnesdream anywhere. I spoke to my bank about this charge while it was in pending status, I asked that it not go through they said it basically went through and that they're just waiting for the merchant to accept it, I said it's fraudulent but they said they sent it to be accepted already if they don't accept it it goes back on my account but if they do, then the charged amount has left my account to the merchant. I submitted a claim for fraud on my account for this charge, they deactivated that card account number and issued me a new one and said they'll investigate this charge. I'm afraid this merchant has scammed me in a way that I may lose the amount charged. I called the number on my statement for the merchant and automated system quickly put me on hold and my call stated in hold for some time, I eventually hung up called several more times to get the same or the message to leave a message which I did but no call back happened. They don't have a website and I have no idea how this happened. This happens to thousands of people everyday, do they get away with this? How can I get my money back from this merchant who fraudulently charged my account 149.99?
