My post office said it must be a scam because they couldn't find the tracking number. I already paid this company, and when I check my transaction, it looks like they tried to charge me twice. It also claimed my package was here in town, which isn't true either. Please don't trust this company.

Saw a product through the TikTok app and purchased it. I never received the product even though they sent tracking and said it was delivered. I contacted them via email and they resent another package with a tracking number and yet I still did not receive the package. I asked for a refund they wanted to give me partial refund I refused and they guaranteed me a 100% refund. I still have not received it and it has been 4 months now.
