To whom this may concern, I was contacted from a supposed company about my resume to work from home, letting me know I was a wonderful fit for a supply chain operations manager, after responding letting them know that I was still looking for work. I had a phone interview they said everything looked at great, they wanted to hire me for the position and be paid by salary. Then I filled out a W-4 form and sent copies of my driver's license, the next day the site was down and I have yet to receive any further communication from supposed general manager. When trying to contact phone numbers where I was told general manager and supervisor can be reached one phone number rang to voicemail and the other number was disconnected.
