I ordered a jersey on Dec 5 22. My account immediately debited. I received email stating ordered received. Few day's later,I hadn't heard anything in regards to my order. I tried finding ph # number disconnected. I emailed the Administration email address provided on Fejali website, email came back undeliverable. I then email the support email on the website. I received an email back that a shipping label was created 12/8/22. They also gave me a tracking #. For the next 8 days checking tracking # it showed received/departed from same USPS site along with "awaiting parcel". I started emailing asking why this delay, why is USPS site stating in/out not going anywhere. By Dec 20th, I had enough as the emails received back from support site was ridiculous. Telling me to be patient, they were trying to get updates from shipper. I continued to tell them CANCEL at once, they refused. Within the 44 email correspondence I had with [email protected], I found that Fejali breached my personal email address by threading another person's personal email address and their personal correspondence with mine. I read the email from threaded personal site of mine, the other person was too complaining about non received goods. Also 2 other indities involved with Fejali started sending me poorly grammar letters, informing me that they are entrepreneurs to be patient package on its way. They had the nerve to ask for review of 5 stars. This letter came not Fejali but from rtn address of: SJWL-KEN 1810 Hillside Dr Broussard LA. I informed Fejali about that not only did they breach my email address, My property address they breached to this SJWL-KEN. The item I tried for 2wks to cancel arrived 12/31/22. Item rtn address was from a company called Jane-371 Little Falls Rd ste 4 cedar Grove NJ. I returned item immediately, getting signature required to ensure item where return address on parcel came from. I have proof item received by Jane in Cedar Grove NJ with a signature of pickup by company. Fejali is very aware I returned item, but as now telling me tracking number of parcel Fejali gave to me hasn't been received. Informed Fejali with pictures, proof of return, and tracking number USPS gave me as being I paid extra for signature required, parcel had 2 tracking #. Received email from Fejali that SJWL-KEN and Jane ARE NOT ASSOCIATED with Fejali witch is another lie. Tracking number Fejali gave me, parcel received was from Jane, also letter received from SJWL-KEN in LA stipulated parcel on it's way. Now email received yesterday from Fejali they are refusing refund even after I provided tracking number, photos, USPS receipt showing returned, and myself providing Fejali parcel returned and signed for by representative from where item shipped from, Jane in Cedar Grove NJ

Item ordered via website for a jersey, on 12/5/22. My account immediately debited 12/6/22. Received confirmation order Received 12/5/22. On 12/8/22, I had no updates from company, Fejali, so tried looking up customer service phone #, I called with # it was not in service. Looked on Fejali website, found Administration email address, sent email to Administration email address only for it to come back as, undeliverable. Another email address for Fejali was a support email. On that same day 12/8/22 send same email to support email. All of a sudden a "shipping label " was created with an email received back from "support" informing me item on the way. Since 12/8/22, I have had daily correspondence with this company. I did research on company finding an LLC was given to this company on 8/13/22, out of Los Angeles California. I researched address company stated on website, it came back to a totally different business name, Bed Bath and Beyond. After waiting, with company not giving me any basic information I canceled my order. Once I canceled via company website, I started receiving updates regarding shipping. Thing is, the shipping updates are showing item via shipper arrived, at USPS in WOODRIDGE, IL 60517-USPS awaiting package. Then a few days go by, I'll receive an updated saying "Departed partner USPS with same address of WOODRIDGE, IL 60517. A few day's go by, update received showing arrived USPS WOODRIDGE, IL 60517- USPS awaiting package. Item is arriving and departing from same facility over and over. I have canceled services with intinating a dispute with my financial institute for item not received/fraud. When I informed company I had have enough, cancel order they are refusing saying shipping delays are unfortunate. I also received an extremely poorly written notification from an address in Broussard LA, sender's ID SJWL-Ken 1828 Hillside Dr Broussard LA 70518(I verified address doesn't exist)This poorly written correspondence stated that they are entrepreneurs working to get my package to me. This letter received had many grammar errors blaming pandemic for delay.

Also, the support email address for Fejali I've been daily corresponding with has breached my personal email address. They have within my thread of emails, send another person's email address along with this person trying also to get their purchase from this company. Fejali has breached the other person's personal email address and correspondence to them threading it with my correspondence. I am wondering how many other's now have my personal email address due to this breach by a, I consider Fraudulent website.

DO NOT purchase from Fejali. Complete Scam with unverifiable company information, phoney address for LLC as stipulated on website
