Never received package

I ordered a guitar wall hanging for my dad and never received it. Emailed customer service and received prewritten form emails telling me to "check with your friends and neighbors." Emailed them back several times requesting a refund or a replacement item and never received anything. Out $35. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My son did a search on "model engine set" and found the website feelmoob.com. It showed a metal set to put together, moving parts, a little motion pictures,etc. It accepted Paypal and credit cards. We used Paypal and 2 weeks later we received a poured cast engine "figure". I contacted the email on the website, although I had to copy since it will not take me from the website. They're refusing to recognize the false advertised product and what they actually ship to you and they were offering a $10 refund, not the full price since -they claim- "based on your description, you can still use the product received"

I opened a complain with Paypal. Beware, this is a fake website, since the original feelmoob website sells gym equipment. I realized this after researching.
