THE SCAMMER HAS NOT REFUNDED ME OR CANCELED MY ORDER FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS WHEN THEY KEEP PROMISING THAT THEY WILL.

I purchased tank tops and after the payment went through, I waited weeks for it to say shipped. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they said the tank tops are out of stock and will ship when they get more. Why take my money if you don't have the item to ship to me? Everytime I email, I just get a generic message.

So the website is for Shapeware I ordered some products. I tried them on. They did not fit me reached out to the customer service. They tried to work out an agreement where they exchange the items for a different size. I wore one of the biggest sizes so I was unable to take that agreement nor did I wanna take it because I wanted my money back. I knew that the product wasn’t gonna work for me. They ran me around in circles to try to run out the 30 day return policy or is it a 60 day return policy because it’s different on every piece of literature that they send and the products were 39.99 for a shape where bodysuit and 19.99 for a underwire free shape wear bra I bought three of the products that were 19.99(bra) it was a buy to get one free sale and one of the products that was 39.99(body suit) and they are only trying to refund me $11 for each bra when they cost 19.99

I have reached out to customer service numerous times I have provided all of the information that they have asked for numerous times and they are also telling me that I am a recurring a fee for returning the products I have not been able to speak to a person everything has been AI or a computer animated I have gotten no assistance. It has been a horrible experience. I have all of the information pertaining to this order, and I have taken photographs of the entire process because it has been extremely shady.

I placed an order at the beginning of January '25 and never received my order after waiting a month. I emailed the address given on their site and got a auto response with no helpful information. I didn't receive a confirmation or tracking number for my purchase. They have not responded to my message asking for a refund.
