This company sent a fishing email to my 86 year old mother making it look like it was from me. Told her I recommended CBD oil and she should order it with a link. She did it and spent 225 and then emailed me telling me she ordered it and hopes it will help her back pain. I realized she had been scammed. She returned the 6 bottles when they arrived. Filed a dispute with Citibank. She was unsuccessful getting her money back from the company and Citibank. I got involved today and got her a credit on her card. Citibank has them flagged as a scam business and suggested I file a complaint. It too months to get her money back. They need to be shut down. The credit card company gave the credit, no the business. I have a signed copy UPS tracking slip showing she returned it all right away. She was completely scammed.
