I bought 2 personalized Christmas mugs from Feeliks after I saw an advertisement on facebook. After I bought the items I didn’t receive an order confirmation and I tried to contact the company and didn’t get a response for quite awhile. It took over 4 hours to get any order confirmation. I contacted the company via email to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I received multiple emails-that seemed more like automated responses with no real detail to address my issue. Then after more emailing I did get emails with more specific information about what I wanted to do with my order. I have yet to receive any product or refund. after reading more about the company it seems like other people had this same issue. Their website also looks identical to the another company called Gossby that sells exactly the same products. I ordered the products in early december and haven’t received product or a refund.
