This company which I mistakenly called trying to call my loan carrier from a number that popped up when I google searched my loan carrier. They posed as "Fedloan" whom I found out doesn't ask for money for dealing with your loans. They ask for all your info they tell you that they can contact your loan carrier and get your loans put into forbearance immediately, then they send you emails from your and FSA ID account forgot you password once they get the code from you they tell you in order to go any further you have to pay them either $199 for 3 months $249 for 2 months or $399
