I have received 2 emails advising that they unable to deliver a package. I called FedEx and was informed that the email is not from them and I was asked to forward the email to [email protected] (which I did). I can no longer

open the attachment to the emails as Avira is protecting me but I do recall that they wanted money when I opened the attachment last week.

I am also receiving a message on my computer stating that unless I pay money ($75 I think) that I will no longer be

able to access photographs and other data on my computer
