The guy uses Fredric Scott; Claim Agent. They want access to you Facebook account including password, personal details like age, date of birth, etc to qualify you. Then they ask for $500.00 to qualify for the program, Next, come the $300.00 ask to claim winning ticket which they swear is the last few to be paid but lie. As the next ask is for $1,000 to FedEx your winning cheque to your door. A very nice and sweet friend of mine fell for it causing me to also become a victim. She paid all the fees and received a cheque for $150,000 causing her to belief this was a real program. The only problem is, her bank accounts are now frozen and she doesn't know why. She didn't tell me this part until after I had paid out US $800 in apple gift cards. You cannot get this money back. I have changed credit cards, told my bank and am now here warning you. Do not become a victim because someone you know won. Frozen bank accounts are not a joke. FYI: I called Fedex to see if they have this program and they said no they don't. Never heard of it. Government grants do not ask for fees up front either. So, where is the money coming from? Whose paying it? Are you going to go to jail for accepting it?
