I was given this address to to see about money I was eligible to receive supposedly no strings attached however being a doubting Thomas I kept trying to find out if this was on the up told no taxes depending on how money is used finally today I am told I would get a certificate once paperwork is completed and I pay 300.00 . It still sounds fishy to me . I have not sent any money as I am uncomfortable with this - paperwork not yet sent . I just want to be assured that this is an upstanding program
